For investors thinking of renting out the apartment, there are tenants from the Australian International School. The school is within walking distance and is very convenient for the expatriates.

As new owners, we would need your assistance to do the following :
1) Update the Management Office on your profiles (Name, Contact Details, Occupants of their Units, Car Registration Numbers, etc).
2) Update your vehicle no.
3) Policies on car parking
4) Application of a User Id and Password to access website for facilities booking
5) Update the car transponder to their car number for their safety
6) House rules and by laws
7) New owners to register with the management office on moving-in / moving out or renovation

Some of our owners are investors and their intent is to rent out the apartment for rent and eventually capital gains. Goldenhill Park Condominium is an ideal choice for them because of the proximity to the Australian International School and the French International School.

During the process of renting out, it would be appreciated if you could inform your real estate agent not to put up "For Rent" banners. It cheapens your unit and the condominium. Eventually, it will affect your selling price when you want to sell out for the capital gains.

By-Laws and House Rules

We would need your assistance to get your tenants to do the following :

 
1.  Owners are required to provide the >access cards, car transponders, by-laws and house rules , etc to the new owners.
2. Update the Management Office on their profiles (Name, Contact Details, Occupants of their Units, Car Registration Numbers, etc). Please attach a form for the owners to update their particulars.
3. Update your tenants vehicle no. and policies on car parking
4. Owners to advice tenants on Facilities booking - Appliation of a User Id and Password to access website for facilities booking
5. Update the car transponder to their car number for their safety.
6. Update the Management Office on the occupants of your unit.
7. New owners to register with the management office on moving-in / moving out or renovation
8. All tenants are to register with the Management Office bringing along a copy of their tenancy agreement and car registration document if they own a vehicle. This is for their safety in the event when there is an emergency and we need to evacuate the residents. With the database of residents, we can ensure none are left behind during the emergency.

    Eventually some Goldenhill Park Condominium owners will sell their units for capital gains or to move closer to their parents or children's school. All perfectly good reason to sell. We hope that your stay in Goldenhill Park Condominium has been a great one and we miss you.

    During the period you put your unit on the market, it would be appreciated if you could tell your real estate agent not to put up "For Sale" banners. It cheapens your unit, the condominium and also depresses your selling price.

    In the midst of your move, we would appreciate you finishing some of the last bit of paperwork:

    1. Inform the Management Office that you sold your unit.
    2. Inform your buyer that he/she has to register with the Management Office so that our records are kept up to date & we know who to update.
    3. Inform your buyer to change the car transponder at the Management Office.
